Electronic Security Association
ESA represents the electronic security and life safety industry across the US. Members range from regional alarm dealers to national integrators. ESA operates the National Training School (NTS) which delivers technician training for installation, troubleshooting, and code compliance. The CSIS, CFAT, CST, and CAA credentials issued through NTS are widely accepted by states that require alarm-installer certification.

Why it matters
