These Terms of Service govern use of Sub.Trade, a trade partner network and bid management platform operated by Sub.Trade. By signing up for, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Sub.Trade is invite-only. Organizations create accounts for themselves and invite teammates. Trade partner contractors are invited by organizations and maintain their own profiles. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: (a) misrepresent your identity, credentials, insurance, or company information; (b) use the service to solicit work you are not qualified to perform; (c) attempt to access other tenants' data; (d) upload malware or illegal content; (e) scrape, mirror, or resell directory data without written permission; (f) use the service in violation of any law or professional standard.
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant Sub.Trade a limited license to store, display, and process that data to operate the service. Contractor profile data (company name, service regions, credentials, insurance, focus areas) is shared with the organizations you've connected to. Internal notes an organization keeps on a contractor are not shared back to the contractor.
Trade partner contractors use the service free. Organizations that post work or invite contractors — GCs, specialty integrators, manufacturers, distributors, VARs, and end users — pay per the pricing selected at sign-up. Fees are billed monthly or annually. We may change prices with 30 days' notice for renewals.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days and then deleted except where we are required to preserve it for audit or legal reasons.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Sub.Trade is not a party to any subcontract or business relationship between organizations and trade partners. We don't verify every credential or insurance policy uploaded. You are responsible for your own due diligence before awarding work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sub.Trade's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
